Grace handles over 10,000 international relocations every year.  Our Mobility Specialists are experienced relocation project managers. Throughout the assignment lifecycle they are focused on coordinating services by maintaining a clear and open line of communication with the relocatee and Grace operations.

The core focus of the Grace Mobility Specialist is to build rapport and understanding with the relocatee, capture their move requirements and translate this detailed knowledge into service outcomes for their relocation. Each Mobility Specialist acts as the single point of contact for all mobility related matters.

Your Mobility Specialists are responsible for:

  • Being the single point of contact between your company, the assignee and all Grace resources
  • Effectively managing the assignment relocation timeline in a way that avoids unnecessary costs being incurred or disruption to the business or the assignee
  • Maintaining strict cost control guidelines in line with the agreed delegated authority levels
  • Coordinating all Grace resources and any third-party suppliers
  • Overseeing the punctual delivery of services in line with the assignee’s requirements
  • Meeting all service delivery KPIs and relocation timeline milestones
