FAIMPlus Accredited International Mover
FAIM is the world’s most stringent quality programme specifically designed for the international moving industry and managed by FIDI. For more than 20 years, FAIM has been recognised by global mobility professionals and customers as the gold standard in quality systems and processes for international relocations.
The FAIM Quality Standard covers a series of requirements that all FAIM certified companies need to comply with at all times, ranging from operational activities to supply-chain management, risk management, data protection, and financial stability. FAIM accredited companies are regularly audited by an independent third-party, currently Ernst & Young, ensuring that all companies adhere to the same high standards. Demonstrating FAIM compliance is a mandatory requirement to become a FIDI Affiliate, and affiliated companies must comply with the FAIM Compliance Procedure at all times in order to maintain FAIM certification.
Whilst 90% of FIDI members hold the FAIM certification, Grace is amongst a selected group of elite international removalists that have been awarded FAIMPlus accreditation in the following international gateway branch locations: Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Auckland & Wellington.
At Grace, we recognise the value of a diverse supply chain to drive innovation and flexibility within our organisation. We also believe that by ensuring that our procurement decisions include Indigenous businesses, we can contribute to greater economic empowerment of First Australians and contribute to ‘closing the gap’.
We have membership with Supply Nation to reinforce our commitment to diversity, both within our workforce and our procurement processes. Our membership provides opportunities for more of our staff to be involved in initiatives designed to promote greater inclusion of Indigenous people.
