Grace provides flexible short or long term storage options that can be tailored to meet your budget. All Grace storage facilities maintain a high standard of service, are weather-proof, clean, and free from pests due to our strict pest-control protocol.
Our clean and secure facilities contain purpose-built storage modules that are protected by state of the art security systems. In addition, your storage module can be accessed at any time, subject to reasonable notification.

We begin by allocating a dedicated consultant to guide you every step of the way. We also offer flexible delivery schedules to suit your schedule, as well as a valet service, so you can spend time getting to know your neighbours and exploring the new suburb while we set your new home up for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Storage insurance is an extension of transit insurance cover. It protects against damage and/or loss during the period the goods are in storage. Just as you need to protect your belongings from loss whilst they are in your home, you also need to protect them throughout the moving and storage process. Whilst Grace will take the utmost care of your effects, there are circumstances outside of our control that may put your belongings at risk. Yes, our specialist division Grace Fine Art has the skills and resources to safely pack, transport and store delicate works of art as well as collectable furniture items. Items requiring specialist care will be identified and a made to measure wooden crate will be used to protect the item during transit. We also offer climate controlled storage for artworks and sensitive items at our capital city storage locations.
An authorised representative needs to be at both the uplift and delivery of your belongings. At delivery it is especially important that this person can advise the Grace crew on the placement of furniture and cartons in the new home.
What will Grace Removals disassemble and reassemble during my relocation?
Please contact your Grace moving consultant and we will review the quote if necessary.
Your storage can accessed during business hours upon request and subject to reasonable notice. We recommend to notify the relevant Grace branch of your intention to view or retrieve items from your storage at least 2 days prior. Unstowing and retrieval charges are applicable.
