I received my belongings today! I moved interstate and had almost 20 boxes & luggages to bring. It took time, but Grace Removal's professional service and efficient communication made it much easier! The most important is: I didn't lose nothing! I used another company's service before and lost a luggage which worths at least $6K. I truely recommend this company!

Mason, Riley and Billy arrived on time and worked efficiently unloading our belongings. Riley was a great help in setting up some of our furniture. Overall they did a good job and cleared some of the wrappings as well! You have a good team.

Very careful bunch of folks who found joy in the work they do. They wrapped my furniture including mattresses, used mats on the wooden floor to protect it, and were quite personable. While I did not think they compete on price, I can certainly say their quality and value beats that of their competitors- and I have moved homes a few times. Highly recommended service/company! Jay, Jacko and Jason were amazing with the unpacking of our items. It was a difficult access unit and they worked their magic with no complaining at all, even gave good suggestion for best placement of items to maximize space. Grace was fantastic from start to finish. Having a moving consultant come to your home means there is little chance the space you’re quoted for, is incorrect. Regardless of weather (it was pouring) the boys from Sydney moved all of my things with care, and took the time to make sure they were packed properly. I do also need to mention the boys from Brisbane though, as they were very polite, and accomodating when delivering my belongings as well. (Again in the rain) Nothing was broken and everything was accounted for. I have already recommended Grace to others looking to move, and would definitely reach out again, if I needed to move. We r using Grace to move goods from Sunshine Coast to both Mackay and Canberra It was estimated we would need a 20 foot container to send goods to Mackay This morning (1st June) Peter, Kade and Tashita turned up to pack things in Container to Mackay. They were on time, well presented and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. To ensure everything was done as quickly as possible 2 other staff (Kyle and Billy) turned up to assist after they had finished another job. Getting near the end I wasn’t sure if everything would fit but they ensured they used every space and managed to get everything in the container. It was certainly a job well done and all over by 12.30 Thank you Grace we’re back again on Wednesday to do the packing for Canberra. The Grace removals crew, Ben, Johnny and Leah did a great job unloading our household goods and furniture yesterday. The weather was rainy and cold and they were extremely respectful of how stressful it was for us. They were professional and efficient. Grace was a sensational service. From the initial consult to the packing, the container loading and the delivery. All was done really well and with a little bt of extra communication from me, everything seemed to run smooth and give me piece of mind during the process. We had only 1 casualty in transit but it was very minor. The packing and packaging used was immense and very extra and secure. Was really impressed with service. Delivery/unload team was extremely introverted and kept to themselves with ear pieces in talking on phone to other people while I helped them unload. I thought this was not the best and quite rude when I am lending a hand but hey, they did their job and everything went pretty well. All in all though, I was VERY happy with the service and will 100% be going to them first for quotes on their services and recommending them onwards. I appreciate all the efforts team and special shout out to Trevor for being such an incredible and personable human. He was for sure a winning part of the puzzle that was packing up our families lives and moving interstate.

The quote from Jason was impeccable and was the deciding factor between this and other competitors. Overall pricier than what I had hoped but you get exactly what you pay for. Recommend equipping the team with door stops and rubberised/silicone shoe covers for customers with carpet. Otherwise they had every other piece of equipment you could need for the removal. Great experience from start with Daniel and Paula and Shane and Crew on Gold Coast to Finish with two extremely respectful young men, Addy and Anky at Tumbarumba. Smooth sailing the whole way and Grace adapted to my changes without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with the two delivery team members. I didn't get their name. They were punctual, professional, and handled everything with care. They went above and beyond to help move the items into the house and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. Some of the items are extremely heavy, but both of them stayed efficient and remained calm throughout the whole process. I'm really happy with my experience.

3 stars as they were good to move the stuff up stairs in a cramped townhouse but bit of a human decency thing… I let one of the workers use my toilet and found that he left a mess in both sink and toilet.. leaving me a nice mess to clean. Had also left his empty coffee cup in my garage despite them taking all their boxes and blankets. Decent job out of the 3 but just a bit gross

We went with Grace for a big move as had used them before in Sydney and were great. This wasn't a great experience, had damaged items, late arrival, they didnt tell me at any point I would have to go over to their site office to sign paperwork. Stickers were placed in terrible spots so we spent ages rubbing all the residue off furniture. The assembly of furniture in the storage unit at the other end by the Newcastle team was very poor. The guys from a different company we got to empty it were stunned at the lack of care. They misplaced some items and said they'd follow up, they never did but luckily we found them. I have tried ringing both offices, head office and emailed but no one ever gets back to me. We also paid extra to have our art packed up properly in boxes and this wasn't done they were just in a blanket. They charge a premium price for a mediocre service. On the positive everything did arrive at the other end.

Phil and his crew (James, Glen, and Nathan) did a fantastic job packing everything with care. They worked fast yet paid attention to detail, wrapping with care and documenting a detailed inventory. What should have been a 2 plus day job was completed in less than 1.25 days. Excellent work, great attitude, good humor and obviously a team that gets along well with each other and represents Grace with professionalism

Matt Ross, our move consultant, made the relocation smooth and genuinely stress-free. He was responsive, organised, and consistently professional throughout. A special mention to Manny, who packed our large home single-handedly with impressive speed and great care, all while maintaining a cheerful, can-do attitude. The moving crews at both ends were polite, professional, and worked incredibly hard during one of the hottest summer periods in years. We had close to two container loads, so the logistics were no small feat, but everything was handled efficiently and arrived intact. We would gladly use Grace Removals again for a future move. Grace did a fantastic job of picking up and delivering our furniture from Melbourne to Brisbane. It arrived on time, nothing was damaged and John and Leo did a fantastic job of unloading our things into the new townhouse in Brisbane. They were both professional, friendly and very careful - they also did a good job of putting our bed together which was appreciated. We will definitely be using Grace again for our next move.

I’m currently in the process of an interstate move from Shepparton to Hervey Bay, and my experience so far has been friendly, efficient, and professional. Jake was excellent with providing quotations and was very flexible when adding or removing items and renewing quotes. Janick handled the storage and warranty process smoothly and professionally. The pickup service was very smooth by Mark and Louie from Wodonga branch. Mark, who has many years of experience, and Louie, who has recently joined, worked extremely hard and were both flexible and very careful with packing. They did a fantastic job and made the whole process stress-free. Thank you all for your hard work. Looking forward to be in the same excellent service at the Hervey bay end. Recently moved from Brisbane to Adelaide and in the process, we initially rang a different company to get a quote for the move, but the other company (Kent) wouldn’t even come to see us to quote until we had a moving day and confirmed address in Adelaide to move to. I explained to them that we were selling our Brisbane house and wouldn’t have a date or delivery address in Adelaide unti well after we had sold, but we needed to get a quote to budget for the move. Kent would not come, so then I rang Grace who I’d used in a prior move over 30 years ago. I don’t recall why I didn’t call Grace first anyway, but I’m sooooo glad that we ended up with Grace as everything went smoothly and perfectly 👌👌👌 The final phase of the move was the delivery to our new home in Adelaide, and just to top off what’s been a great experience with Grace all the way through, the delivery guys (Damien and Adam) were just amazing. We had 2 x 20’ containers full of our belongings, and we used Grace to do the packing too, so in the end, Kent; you guys missed out on a big job $$$ due to your stupid quoting rules!
