A very good experience from start to finish at what is a stressful time. Pleased that a representative initially took the time to visit my home and review all my belongings, thereby providing an accurate quote for costs. Delivery of packing boxes was timely. Moving day went without a hitch with the removalists arriving at the agreed time and efficiently packing and transporting my belongings to my new address. Would use Grace again and recommend to others.

Matt Ross, our move consultant, made the relocation smooth and genuinely stress-free. He was responsive, organised, and consistently professional throughout. A special mention to Manny, who packed our large home single-handedly with impressive speed and great care, all while maintaining a cheerful, can-do attitude. The moving crews at both ends were polite, professional, and worked incredibly hard during one of the hottest summer periods in years. We had close to two container loads, so the logistics were no small feat, but everything was handled efficiently and arrived intact. We would gladly use Grace Removals again for a future move. Grace did a fantastic job of picking up and delivering our furniture from Melbourne to Brisbane. We had Jimmy, Scotty, JR and Zane move us. I knew as soon as I met them that we were in good hands. They were friendly, efficient, fast and respectful and they certainly knew what they were doing. My stress levels halved when they were with us. Unfortunately can’t say the same thing for Nathan and Nathan. They were friendly enough however slow on all terms. If the packing had been left to them we would have still been packing a week later. So fortunately for us the other team arrived. Efficient, professional and great value for money. I got a few quotes from various removal companies, which Grace matched but more was included in their service. They worked with me to maximise space and minimise cost for my shipment to the UK and the process very simple. We had a very smooth and pleasant moving experience to QLD at 10th of Oct 2025. Bernardo and Caio were very careful and professional throughout the entire process. They went up and down the stairs multiple times without any complains, and not a single scratch was left on the walls or furniture. Truly impressive! Really impressed with service, care and pace. They showed up right on time and got straight to work without wasting a minute. Everything was handled with care but they were also very efficient, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Heavy and awkward pieces were moved with ease, and they made it look simple. What stood out was how well they worked together as a team. There was no mucking around, just a steady pace the whole time, which meant the move was done much quicker than I expected. Recently moved from Brisbane to Adelaide and in the process, we initially rang a different company to get a quote for the move, but the other company (Kent) wouldn’t even come to see us to quote until we had a moving day and confirmed address in Adelaide to move to. I explained to them that we were selling our Brisbane house and wouldn’t have a date or delivery address in Adelaide unti well after we had sold, but we needed to get a quote to budget for the move. Kent would not come, so then I rang Grace who I’d used in a prior move over 30 years ago. I don’t recall why I didn’t call Grace first anyway, but I’m sooooo glad that we ended up with Grace as everything went smoothly and perfectly 👌👌👌 The final phase of the move was the delivery to our new home in Adelaide, and just to top off what’s been a great experience with Grace all the way through, the delivery guys (Damien and Adam) were just amazing. We had 2 x 20’ containers full of our belongings, and we used Grace to do the packing too, so in the end, Kent; you guys missed out on a big job $$$ due to your stupid quoting rules! Moved from Sunshine Coast to England. Excellent service and communication from the start asking for a quote. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently and day of pick up the team arrived on time and were helpful and friendly. Grace Removals also gave me a quote to transfer my dog over to UK too, using Jet Pets and the quote came in cheaper than my quote from Jetpets direct, who were also brilliant in communication and assistance with all the numerous paperwork. Once we reached Queensland, we were met with the same level of professionalism. Aiden and his crew were efficient, patient, and pros at reassembling our furniture. We used Grace Removals today for our relocation to Twin Waters. The entire team were fantastic, the team leader Daniel was training a new member of staff and explained to us as soon as he arrived that the staff member was on his first day and we would hear him instructing more than what would normally be usual. The team done a great job and were extremely respectful. Although we had a couple of huge concrete tables which were extremely heavy and pushed them to their weight limit, at no time did they complain and simply got the job done. We highly recommend this company.

I found Grace very good to deal with. We were moving from Sunshine Coast to melbourne, with storage for several weeks in Melbourne. They were very careful with our stuff. I liked the good natured way the movers interacted with each other. There were extra benefits which made life easier, like leaving us with a bed, small table and 2 chairs following the removal day so we could stay in the house while cleaning up. They also agreed to deliver one 'Keep Forward' box early on arrival in Melbourne, leaving the rest in storage, for an additional but reasonable charge.
