Crown and Grace Removals helped me move all the way from Finland to Melbourne, and Grace helped me move again within Melbourne. Their service is so reliable that once you show them what you want to move, you can practically sit back and watch them work like true professionals. I highly recommend their removal services if you want peace of mind during your move. Once you engage them, just tick the box indicating it is done, and they will do it very well.

Amazing service. It was a tricky pick up of fragile artwork from the centre of Sydney and delivered to country Western Australia. Everything arrived in perfect condition. It was quick and the communication was excellent. They made it seem effortless. And the cost was amazing too. We can happily recommend Grace Removals - we'd definitely use them again.

Grace Removals was the only company that could give me a price quickly (over the phone in this case), and was one of only 2 companies out of 8 we contacted that actually promised a price and showed interest in helping us out. Customer service was prompt also after agreeing to go ahead, and Grace Removals also paid for small damages to one of our couches despite us not actually taking out warranty cover. Thanks very much!

Moved from Sunshine Coast to England. Excellent service and communication from the start asking for a quote. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently and day of pick up the team arrived on time and were helpful and friendly. Grace Removals also gave me a quote to transfer my dog over to UK too, using Jet Pets and the quote came in cheaper than my quote from Jetpets direct, who were also brilliant in communication and assistance with all the numerous paperwork. Will definitely recommend both Grace and Jetpets to family and friends. Thank you it certainly made moving countries a breeze.

Effortless from start (initial contact) to finish. I have moved around the world and the experience, service, professionalism and friendliness from Grace removals (as well as JetPets, and CEVA - who they used for my vehicles and pet kitten) was second to none! Kudos to Liss Woollam (my dedicated contact) who made sure everything worked according to my plan, timings and dates. She is an absolute star!

Our experience with Grace was sensational from start to finish. Nadine was excellent in advising and supporting our interstate move. The team who collected and packed our goods in Melbourne took enormous care in protecting everything as it was loaded into the container - we likened it to a game of live Tetris. We were kept in the loop with expected delivery date, and time which proved to be spot on. Peter and Chris were fantastic in unloading our goods into our new home, again with great care and respect. We took the view you get what you pay for and this proved to be very true. Grace helped me out on very short notice after another removalist company stood me up. Their staff were friendly (chipper, in fact) and efficient. Communication was good. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Grace again.

Grace moved our household goods from Australia to Finland. Everything went very smoothly. The communication was consistent both before and during the shipment. The removal 'guys' were polite and efficient both in Australia, and here in Finland. We were kept up to date with the location of our shipment, and our email queries were always answered promptly. Our goods arrived today in great shape, and well ahead of schedule. The pricing was competitive, and I would definitely use Grace again if needed.

All carpet rolls arrived safely & in good condition. Very happy with Grace as there were a couple of steps needed in the transport from country Victoria to Sydney & all went smoothly . Highly recommended

We had a big move from Newcastle to Wodonga. I made contact with a lovely lady Savanna who organised a FaceTime quote showed her everything in the house and I got a quote back that day. Organised pick up everything was already packed so the guys 2 brother came early morning had it done in three hours. Next day got a call to say it was delivered to Wodonga and organised for drop off next day. Just amazing service no messing around. There got in got the work done. Good price to for such a large move.

We felt supported through every step of our move: the first zoom call with Jamie-Lee as we walked around the house determining what was to be moved; visit from Alison a week before the move to assist us in any way with extra boxes, tape or paper; Brett & Matt were our removalists on the day and nothing was too hard for them, everything was carefully removed from our house, loaded and delivered in excellent condition. It has been a relatively easy process; the only stress we encountered was what we placed on ourselves. Would highly recommend Grace Removals and would strongly suggest you get them to oversee the entire process: packing, removing & delivering.

From the day we had the Grace representative come to our home to assess our move to the day the team unloaded our belongings, we had a positive experience. Allison and Jamie-Lee were professional and helpful including when we requested to change our date for packing and uplift. Every phone call to the office has been handled efficiently. Brett and Matthew packed, loaded at our old address, and unloaded at our new address with care, professionalism, and good humour.

We recently embarked on a grand adventure, moving from Melbourne, Australia to the sunny shores of the Sunshine Coast, and let me tell you, it was quite the journey! Considering we're not the spontaneous 'pick-up-and-go' types, this move was a major source of stress and excitement for us. First off, a huge shoutout to Shane and Tommy, the dynamic duo of packing extraordinaires! These guys weren't just packers; they were like the guardians of our precious belongings, ensuring each item was snug as a bug in a rug. They even went above and beyond, taking note of what was extra special to us, packing and labeling it accordingly! Then, there was the pick-up team, led by Matt and the boys—a force to be reckoned with! Picture a squad of powerhouse movers, shuffling our stuff around like pieces in a Tetris game as they loaded them onto the shipping containers. It was truly a sight to behold! Once we reached Queensland, we were met with the same level of professionalism. Aiden and his crew were efficient, patient, and pros at reassembling our furniture. We used Grace Removals today for our relocation to Twin Waters. The entire team were fantastic, the team leader Daniel was training a new member of staff and explained to us as soon as he arrived that the staff member was on his first day and we would hear him instructing more than what would normally be usual. The team done a great job and were extremely respectful. Although we had a couple of huge concrete tables which were extremely heavy and pushed them to their weight limit, at no time did they complain and simply got the job done. We highly recommend this company.

We just had the incredible Grace team finish the long process of moving house from Barcelona to Australia. They were helpful, courteous and very professional. The follow-up call from Sam in the office to check that everything was okay, and if we were happy, was the icing on the cake. I couldm't recommend them highly enough. Thank you very much
