Our teams are trained professionals who are fully briefed on the specifications for your commerical project. It is, however, important to appreciate that during the course of relocation or installation, your workplace also becomes a workplace for our staff. This means we ask you to undertake some basic precautionary steps to ensure the safety and comfort of both our staff and your personnel.
Key steps to prepare your workplace for your move with Grace
Public health precautions
If anyone at the workplace is ill or unwell with flu or Covid-19 symptoms, please notify your Grace project coordinator immediately, so we can work with you reschedule your job if possible.
Other trades
Many workplace relocations or project fit outs involve a range of trade services including electricians, plumbers, joiners, painters and carpet layers. Wherever possible, it is safest and most practicable to avoid having our staff present at the same time.
Exclusive elevator access
Our crews will be making many trips between the Grace truck and your office or workspace, so it's critical that you provide exclusive use of a goods elevator, to ensure the efficiency of movement and safety for everyone using the building.
Staff amenities
Toilets and hand washing facilities
We ask that you provide our moving crews with unrestricted access to a toilet and hand washing facilities throughout the day as required.
