We Want Your Big Idea
We believe that innovation and the next big idea can come from anywhere within our organisation. In our day-to-day work, we often come across smarter ways of doing things. Whether it’s a suggestion that positively impacts our operating costs, generates new business opportunities, enhances customer experience or improves our working environment. With this in mind, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Big Idea Competition!
No idea is too small—every suggestion matters and every member of our Australian group of businesses is encouraged to participate. To submit your Big Ideas, all you need to do is click on the button below or scan the QR code to fill in the form.
The first place winner will receive a grand prize of $3,000. The second prize winner will receive $750, and the third prize winner will receive $250.
Here are a few important rules:
- The judges’ decisions are final.
- You are encouraged to submit as many ideas as you have—there’s no limit!
- Use a separate form for each idea you submit.
- The deadline for submitting your ideas is 5:00p.m on 30 September 2023.
- The winners will be announced by 15 October 2023.
- The prizes will be in the form an EFTPOS card.
- Please note that Directors, RGMs, Group and National Management roles are encouraged to participate but excluded from the prizes.
