As a member of Team Grace, you have access confidential and exclusive access to our employee assistance program – Access EAP. AccessEAP is an Australian-owned and not-for-profit organisation with more than 30 years’ experience in the EAP industry. Their core mission is to partner with organisations like Grace to help create thriving workplaces that are mentally healthy.

Access EAP is not only free to all Grace employees, but it is also 100% confidential. This means that Grace will never know who has accessed the service as we understand that privacy is of the utmost importance when discussing personal issues. For more information, check out the flyers below.
