Housing Differentials

A Housing Differential Report may be required to determine whether your assignee has had an increase in their housing cost in their host location. To determine if an allowance is required to be paid to cover the difference in housing costs, your Grace mobility specialist will prepare a detailed report based on the assignee’s home location housing cost and the average cost of housing in the host location.

Our Grace property management team have access to up-to-date insights, median house prices and current market data, ensuring that all aspects of the assignee’s housing are considered during the analysis. Once the analysis has been completed, your Grace mobility specialist will provide the detailed report with the findings, evidence, insights and offer a conclusion as to the recommended rental allowance.
