Grace Workplace Solutions received a short notice request to facilitate packing, loading and transportation of memorabilia and furniture from an iconic Brisbane hospitality venue to a client nominated site.
Our Client, Gebrüder Weiss is a global provider of full-service logistics, needed quality services, skilled staff, efficient project management, consultation, and specialised equipment, to transport for 30m3 of memorabilia, and they approached Grace to assist this time sensitive project.

The project’s scope was not too intricate; however, it had its own complexities with a time sensitive deadline of one working day. Gebrüder Weiss contacted Nathan O’Brien – Grace Business Development Executive, on 6 June 2023 and requested the relocation project to be completed by the following day, 7 June 2023.
Grace was the first and only choice for this project due to the quantity of high value memorabilia that had to be safely packed, transported and placed from the project site to the client nominated location. The total relocation was for 30m3 of memorabilia that included several exclusive items which meant the risk was higher.
Grace faced the biggest challenge in this project: accomplishing completion within the timeline, while our commercial team, due to various other live projects, was already working at full capacity. Despite the inflexible request, our operations manager, Mark Campbell, effectively allocated resources appropriately to ensure completion of works on site on-time with utmost safety and accuracy. Our project supervisor, Stephen Summers, heavily focused on time management, workforce efficiency, and timely communication to constantly update Gebrüder Weiss with the project progress.
