Corporate Relocation Online Technology

Grace provides its corporate clients with access to the Grace online relocation system via a corporate web link known as “Grace Webspeed”. These clients use our proprietary solution to initiate services, provide purchase orders, monitor, manage and collect data, receive reports, PDF invoices and other data. Some of our clients choose to approve removal and storage service quotations via the online portal.

An authorised user would be able to access the login page for their tailor-made relocations system to create a removal, storage or ancillary service request. Throughout the relocation process, the user is able to determine the current status of services and, depending on their access rights, review previous invoices, statements, and reports. Access to the convenience of such technology is currently enjoyed by several of Grace’s major clients.

Functions that are most appreciated include the ability to initiate a service request easily, the option to receive on-line quotations and provide approvals, ease of electronic invoice provision, removal and storage tracking and access to self-selected reporting.
