Yes. At pick-up, you or your representative must sign a vehicle condition survey report and hand the keys to the vehicle transport driver. At delivery, you or your representative should inspect the vehicle’s condition, sign the condition form, and retrieve the keys.

Yes, for a vehicle to be suitable for transport, it must have functional foot brakes, handbrakes, steering, a driver’s seat, and be free of leaks. We may need photos of damaged vehicles before providing a quote or making a booking. Please note that we only transport non-running or damaged vehicles between Metro areas.

For security and safety reasons, our service providers do not permit the transport of personal belongings in any vehicles.

Baby seats and capsules can be left in your vehicle during transportation.

For security reasons, our service provider requires that EV batteries be charged to no more than 50%. Additionally, please avoid tracking or pinging your vehicle while in transit, as this can drain the batteries more quickly.

If you are transporting a vehicle to Western Australia, you need to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned before it is picked up. The vehicle needs to be completely free of mud, plant material and insects, including the windscreen, wiper well, grill and under wheel arches. You may be fined if your vehicle does not pass Western Australia’s quarantine inspection.
