Grace is proud to announce the development of a major new facility in Yatala, Queensland – a purpose-built information management warehouse designed to set new standards in capacity, efficiency, and sustainability.

Investing in growth and innovation

As one of Australia’s most trusted names in information management, Grace has been delivering secure, purpose-built facilities for over 25 years. This new 10,000m² Yatala facility represents the next evolution, with advanced design features and expanded capacity to meet the needs of a rapidly changing market.

With racking heights reaching 15 metres, the site will accommodate up to 1.6 million cartons, nearly doubling the capacity of a standard 10,000m² warehouse. This significant uplift ensures Grace can continue to provide clients with scalable, future-proof solutions for storing and managing critical information.

Project milestones

Construction is scheduled to begin within the next three weeks, with initial works including bulk earthworks, site huts, electrical installation, and other foundational requirements. The project is on track for completion by late October 2026, with an official opening ceremony to be coordinated once the timeline is confirmed.

A commitment to sustainability

The Yatala project reflects Grace’s broader commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable growth. The facility will integrate a range of features including:

  • Natural ventilation for enhanced security and airflow

  • Low-E glazed office windows

  • Translucent roof sheeting for natural light

  • Comprehensive wall insulation

  • Low-voltage LED lighting (180 lumens at 1 metre)

  • End-of-trip facilities for cyclists

  • Greywater treatment systems

  • Motion sensors throughout the facility

  • Rainwater retention tanks

  • Roof solar panels

  • Weather-appropriate external cladding

These measures reflect Grace’s commitment to building facilities that are as forward-looking in sustainability as they are in technology and storage capacity.

Looking ahead

The Yatala development is more than just a new warehouse, it is a strategic investment that reinforces Grace’s position as a leader in information management while supporting our long-term vision for growth.

We look forward to sharing progress on this exciting project and celebrating the opening of the facility in 2026.
