wonderful team, we had a great experience. our contract process was clear, transparent and great communication. our packer did an amazing job, and in 1 day no less, and movers were excellent and took such care with nothing damaged. price was excellent for the service we received. highly recommend.

After looking online for a removal company to relocate my mum's life from Sydney to Cairns, I realised that like all things these days, there are lots of preditors out there. lucky I found Grace, good at what they do and professional at what they do. No hassles either end great service, pay a tiny bit more maybe, worth it . Oh yeah everything arrived perfect condition. Thanks you lot.

The actual moving experience was fairly stress free (though we're still waiting for empty boxes to be collected after 5 working days plus the 4 days of the Easter break. We have been told they will contact us with a date, but we have not heard anything. Our things were well packed and only one item was damaged - glass cracked on a precious bark painting. However insurance settled that quickly and we will get it fixed. The main frustration was around pricing and lack of transparency about that. Whenever we made changes, adding or removing items, the price seemed to go up, even when it seemed that we removed more than we added. There was no clarity as to how prices or amendments were calculated. Also actual amounts of things were less than estimated and quoted for, but it didn't seem possible to adjust the quote on the basis of that. However we were very pleased with the suggestion to move in two stages, with the first lot of things stored for 3 months, allowing us to declutter for selling our house. This was very helpful and went smoothly. Our only issue really was the cost which we felt was high, and then continued to creep up in a way that was difficult to understand. Overall though we were just glad that the move went smoothly.

Really impressive and professional removal group and service team. From the efficiency of the quote process through the packing and uplift crews, the team in the office, the delivery crew and the removal of empty boxes, the whole Grace team focused on ensuring minimal stress as we moved interstate. All dates and times were confirmed and met which helped us plan what we needed to do around these. Thank you to everyone involved and I would definitely recommend and move with the Grace Removals Group again.

Very happy with their service and communication throughout. Claudia was very helpful and accurate in providing us with a quote. She also responded to our questions and enquiries promptly. When we needed to claim for warranty, it was a quick and straightforward process.

We used Grace Removals for our move from Cairns to Brisbane. The guys were great, very quick and efficient unpacking and didn’t damage our house at all! We had lots fragile items and nothing was damaged. Even when they had finished unloading, the came and asked if they could do anything else to help us! That’s what you want when you move!

We recently embarked on a grand adventure, moving from Melbourne, Australia to the sunny shores of the Sunshine Coast, and let me tell you, it was quite the journey! Considering we're not the spontaneous 'pick-up-and-go' types, this move was a major source of stress and excitement for us. These guys weren't just packers; they were like the guardians of our precious belongings, ensuring each item was snug as a bug in a rug. They even went above and beyond, taking note of what was extra special to us, packing and labeling it accordingly! Then, there was the pick-up team, led by Matt and the boys—a force to be reckoned with! Picture a squad of powerhouse movers, shuffling our stuff around like pieces in a Tetris game as they loaded them onto the shipping containers. It was truly a sight to behold! Once we reached Queensland, we were met with the same level of professionalism. Aiden and his crew were efficient, patient, and pros at reassembling our furniture. Despite last moment dramas with our house that we were meant to be moving into not being ready. Grace Removals has been amazing in ensuring we have been taken care of during such a stressful time. Our moving team was Jose and Pietro and they did a sensational job of safely packing away everything and moving it out of the house without damage. They both worked non-stop till everything was completed, while sill having the energy to provide positive/entertaining conversations and amazing smiles despite the hard work in the QLD sun. Grace Removals were the local partners facilitating our move from Singapore to Perth. We were introduced to Sophia, our Move Manager, who assisted us with our queries splendidly; for instance, when was a little bit of confusion with one of the notifications, but the team were quick to respond, and sorted it out quickly - it was just a small IT glitch. They also made a follow-up call after our boxes arrived to ensure the delivery went well. We were very pleased with the excellent support and delivery service; overall, a fantastic and seamless experience!

We used Grace Removals today for our relocation to Twin Waters. The entire team were fantastic, the team leader Daniel was training a new member of staff and explained to us as soon as he arrived that the staff member was on his first day and we would hear him instructing more than what would normally be usual. The team done a great job and were extremely respectful. Although we had a couple of huge concrete tables which were extremely heavy and pushed them to their weight limit, at no time did they complain and simply got the job done. We highly recommend this company.

We recently relocated to a new state and encountered a challenging move to an apartment on the third floor. Despite the difficulties, the movers who assisted us exhibited a remarkable level of care and professionalism that exceeded our expectations. We both can not thanks grace Removals for everything, From the Newcastle team to the Gold Coast Team. The team in Newcastle were quick and had us loaded in just a few hours, Matt and the boys on the Gold Coast were amazing professionals, they went above and beyond to help us get everything in the house and even taking some packing away. I could not have asked for better experience, even with trying to organize an early move in time. I can 100% recommend Grace to anyone.

We just had the incredible Grace team finish the long process of moving house from Barcelona to Australia. They were helpful, courteous and very professional. Had to move a large 4 bedroom home in canberra and from first contact to the end of the job they where grate. At first contact with Sarah she whent above and beyond to help us as get the dates we needed to move as I had to have major surgery the week before the move and couldn't do anything. The removelest showed up in time and managed to pack the house up within 2 hrs and unload into the new place within the same time. It was booked for a 2 day moive but was done in 1 which we where so hsppy could happen They managed to work around our 3 kids that we where getting ready for school and where very polite and freandly. Nothing was broken at all and they where evan able to pack a few things not quoted Will be definitely useing again when we move can't thank them enuff for all they done

The Packers were amazing! Very quick and efficient. Everyone was very approachable and polite. The heavy lovers were also wonderful! They made a stressful move less stressful - they even assisted with unpacking. I would definitely recommend Grace removals. From the beginning, Grace were amazing. I received a call back and a quote (done within the home) within a few days. I received contact throughout the process - even a courtesy call the next day of to ensure I was happy with the service I was provided.
