We used Grace to move from Melbourne to Adelaide and from start to finish the move was stress less. Azra who did a professional quote and office team in Melbourne were really friendly reassuring and chaps at the Adelaide end who unloaded the container were amazing their names were Will and Matt, they worked really hard and took great care. We would highly recommend them.

Was relocated for work and work used Grace removals for my interstate move. I have never moved with services like this before but it took the mental & physical stress out of moving. Got a consultant to evaluate my belongings in terms of size of fright & how much stuff I had. The office team are great at keeping you up-to-date via phone and emails. Had 2 people come over to help pack (Daniel and Peta, you are absolute rock stars). The next day was up-lift, everything was loaded into a shipping container on a truck (Juan, Oscar etc you are legends). Everything was packed & wrapped with care, boxes where labelled well, boxes and items were all sticker-ed and accounted for, things were loaded thoughtfully and carefully. And unloaded much the same, had a team of 4 at the destination - again another great crew. What would normally be a very tiring, anxiety ridden and stressful experience; Grace made made me feel at ease. They also were able to help with relocating my car.

Grace were excellent from start to finish, they packed the truck so well and fast, they arrived when they told us they would arrive and the guys that unpacked the truck into our house were swift and professional, asking where things to go and they "delivered" as we hoped, our things arrived the same as they left, I would use them always with moves for anything I wanted to get done. Very pleased we used them and they were great for their pricing. TOP JOB!!

wonderful team, we had a great experience. our contract process was clear, transparent and great communication. our packer did an amazing job, and in 1 day no less, and movers were excellent and took such care with nothing damaged. price was excellent for the service we received. highly recommend.

We used Grace Removals for our move from Cairns to Brisbane. The guys were great, very quick and efficient unpacking and didn’t damage our house at all! We had lots fragile items and nothing was damaged. Even when they had finished unloading, the came and asked if they could do anything else to help us! That’s what you want when you move!

These guys weren't just packers; they were like the guardians of our precious belongings, ensuring each item was snug as a bug in a rug. They even went above and beyond, taking note of what was extra special to us, packing and labeling it accordingly! Then, there was the pick-up team, led by Matt and the boys—a force to be reckoned with! Picture a squad of powerhouse movers, shuffling our stuff around like pieces in a Tetris game as they loaded them onto the shipping containers. It was truly a sight to behold! Once we reached Queensland, we were met with the same level of professionalism. Aiden and his crew were efficient, patient, and pros at reassembling our furniture. We used Grace Removals today for our relocation to Twin Waters. The entire team were fantastic, the team leader Daniel was training a new member of staff and explained to us as soon as he arrived that the staff member was on his first day and we would hear him instructing more than what would normally be usual. The team done a great job and were extremely respectful. Although we had a couple of huge concrete tables which were extremely heavy and pushed them to their weight limit, at no time did they complain and simply got the job done. We highly recommend this company.

We recently relocated to a new state and encountered a challenging move to an apartment on the third floor. Despite the difficulties, the movers who assisted us exhibited a remarkable level of care and professionalism that exceeded our expectations. They remained courteous and considerate throughout the entire move, even though they had every reason to complain. We highly recommend this moving company to anyone seeking exceptional service.

We both can not thanks grace Removals for everything, From the Newcastle team to the Gold Coast Team. The team in Newcastle were quick and had us loaded in just a few hours, Matt and the boys on the Gold Coast were amazing professionals, they went above and beyond to help us get everything in the house and even taking some packing away. I could not have asked for better experience, even with trying to organize an early move in time. I can 100% recommend Grace to anyone.

We just had the incredible Grace team finish the long process of moving house from Barcelona to Australia. They were helpful, courteous and very professional. Had to move a large 4 bedroom home in canberra and from first contact to the end of the job they where grate. At first contact with Sarah she whent above and beyond to help us as get the dates we needed to move as I had to have major surgery the week before the move and couldn't do anything. The removelest showed up in time and managed to pack the house up within 2 hrs and unload into the new place within the same time. It was booked for a 2 day moive but was done in 1 which we where so hsppy could happen They managed to work around our 3 kids that we where getting ready for school and where very polite and freandly. Nothing was broken at all and they where evan able to pack a few things not quoted Will be definitely useing again when we move can't thank them enuff for all they done

The Packers were amazing! Very quick and efficient. Everyone was very approachable and polite. The heavy lovers were also wonderful! They made a stressful move less stressful - they even assisted with unpacking. I would definitely recommend Grace removals. From the beginning, Grace were amazing. I received a call back and a quote (done within the home) within a few days. I received contact throughout the process - even a courtesy call the next day of to ensure I was happy with the service I was provided.
