We had Michael come and do both the uplift and return of our goods! What an exceptional human being! He was incredibly efficient to the point of running. He took the greatest care of our goods. Nothing was too much trouble. He was personable and took time (between running) to get to know a little bit about me. He remembered this when he came back. Very impressive! He was great with my grandson and made him laugh and would let him play with boxes. On the return of our delivery Max was working with Michael. He was equally fantastic. I think both these individuals should receive personal recognition. They are an asset to your organisation and were highly professional with the greatest service ethic. It is based on the experience with these two individuals, that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grace.
From the 1st appointment with the Grace Consultant to delivery, I found Grace Removals to be punctual, helpful and most professional! I had a big move from Sydney to the Southern Darling Downs, a three bedroom house with lots of antiques that need special care as well a lot of outdoor stuff. I was most impressed about how they carefully wrapped and unwrapped everything and attended to any special request I had about some items. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job on time, even with me changing my mind a couple of times regarding placement in my new home. Their after sales service was also impressive, making sure I was happy with everything and offering to pick up my boxes and packing materials next time they are in the area!
I was over the moon with how smoothly our move went from the moment we contacted Grace. The in home consultation, removalists and all the follow up calls in between were well beyond my expectations. I was so happy to see the guys taking such care with our belongings and amazed at how efficient they were. The folks at the office were equally amazing with answering questions and having all the paperwork ready to go. I couldn't be happier with how it all went. An enormous thanks to everyone involved.

Grace moved me from the UK to Sydney (5 bedroom property), organising a full packing service and shipping all my furniture in a 40ft container. Everything arrived without any issues. Great customer service from the first enquiry through to delivery, nothing was too much trouble.
I would like to thank you both for the extreme professionalism you and your companies have shown in getting our furniture shipped across from Sydney to Manila (with the few years storage included in between!). I would like to say thank you for moving my household items from xxx to Townsville. It was a moving experience for me as it has been my family home for 18 years and with my husband passing away I was very grateful the guys looked after my items so well. I was also there at the other end in Townsville with the guys who unloaded there and they were very courteous and handled my belongings with care as well. I just wanted to write and inform you about how impressed I was with my move in Tamworth yesterday morning and my whole experience. We had confirmed a time for 8.30am pick up and the guys turned up on time and were very neat and tidy in appearance. After we had introduced ourselves I showed the guys which items were to go and I just wanted to mention how extremely patient and helpful they were. Nothing seemed to be a problem and they just made the entire process for me so easy. They took care with all of my personal items as if they were their own belongings which made me feel very comfortable to leave them at my place to pack up whilst I returned to work. Upon arrival back to my place the guys had everything neatly packed up in the container including my plants and left everything tidy at my place. I understand that Grace is a very large company and being so busy we sometimes lose sight of the little things that make all the difference to somebody’s move, but I just thought that it was very important to let you know that I was extremely impressed with the high level of professionalism that your guys showed yesterday.
Thank you so much for arranging for the successful pick up of all 450 or so of our items yesterday. It was a mammoth exercise and I wanted to thank you all so much for the care and professionalism with which you all handled it. In particular, I want to pass on my appreciation to the crew, who were just exceptional. It was a tough day for me, given that my husband was unable to help with the move and that I had unexpectedly to drive my nanny to emergency in the early afternoon with a cat scratch in the eye, very worrying in itself (she's fine!) but also taking her out of play in helping. The team was totally respectful, concerned, and went out of their way to help me - even at one stage potentially offering to drive us to hospital! They had to wait until late for me to get back to the house, and were totally uncomplaining and flexible about the need to pack additional items. Grace is very lucky to have employees like these who are such a credit to the company & who, at the face of the customer experience, really differentiate your service. Thank you so much for all that you have all done to make a challenging process more manageable.
The Grace relocation team on Friday did a fantastic job moving all our furniture in one day. I advised the team when they arrived at 9am that it was forecast to rain all weekend (which it actually did), and that I wanted to get all the large furniture items moved in one day. They could see the weather looming so they worked extremely hard all day to get all the furniture moved in by 5:30pm. They were courteous and really looked after all the furniture, including the piano and Italian timber dining table that we were most concerned about. They certainly deserve the credit for their work on Friday.
