- Warehousing and asset tracking: Object-level tagging, digital scanning, and real-time inventory tracking ensured every item was correctly stored and delivered to the right location.
- Quality assurance and reporting: Grace performed stock audits and receival exception reporting, giving Meriton complete transparency over supplier deliveries and asset conditions.
- Precision installation: Experienced project managers and installation technicians assembled and placed furniture, installed feature panels, TVs, and safes with millimetre precision.
- Finishing and presentation: As part of Grace’s "curator approach," the team handled packaging removal, debris disposal, recycling, and final presentation — including linen make-up, dusting, vacuuming, and hallway cleaning — leaving every room hotel-ready.

The Bondi Junction project was delivered on time, to Meriton’s exacting standards, and without disruption to the broader construction schedule.
