Dealt with Caitlyn in Newcastle. Was extremely helpful from the start to when left Australia. The packers turned up on time, and packed and moved everything without any moans or complaints. When the stuff arrived in England it had all been bubble wrapped by Grace. Recommend them. The company in England, d Bonner wasn't as good.

I would also like to thank all at GRACE, for what would normally have been an extremely stressfull proposition into a smooth and painless process to date. I would highly recommend using GRACE and specifically the Canberra team. Firstly the initial visit with the salesman was superb and instilled confidence from the first contact which led to the dealing with the office. The work that was done to calculate the best options possible appeared to be over and above what I would have expected and it was certainly appreciated. The patience and understanding as we worked through the nuances of moving to a country that was not a common destination and the advice was greatly appreciated. I cannot thank the team enough. Then the booking of the uplift was seamless and accommodated my needs despite the dates coinciding around Easter. On the day of the uplift, the two lads that did the actual uplift were great. Again the professionalism and friendly rapport that was shown reinforced that confidence in choosing GRACE. They assisted me in advice as to how things worked in the actual containers and packing that just demonstrated the attention to detail and professional nature of the whole company. Everything was explained so clearly. It was an easy and again a very smooth move, that could be a stressful process if it wasn't for the two great GRACE people. I know that the move is not been completed yet and the Malawi side of the operation will now be involved, but I just wanted to commend all the special GRACE Australia people that have been involved as the experience has been nothing short of brilliant. Grace Removals were terrific to deal with. The office personnel through to the removalists know what they are doing and do it well. The removalists took care with our belongings, were respectful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend them and will use them again next time we move home.

We recently had Grace Removals relocate us from Iluka, NSW back to the Gold Coast. I am very happy with the professionalism of Grace Removals, from the first point of contact, to the team who did the pick up, then the team who did the delivery, nothing was a problem it was above and beyond what we had expected. I received my belongings in perfect condition, no breakages or any damage to any of the furniture, packed boxes (packed myself) or garden tools/furniture. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if moving.

Really good experience with Grace Removals, Steve's team did an amazing job from packing our house through to loading and unload the goods. They were on time, well presented, they treated our belongings with care and nothing was too much trouble, they asked if we needed anything moved to other areas, it was all a breeze. We had never had a removalist pack for us before, so this was a first, all the cartons were labelled well so that we could work out what went where, and everything arrived safe and sound. The entire team was pleasant, they all said hi to the dog and made sure she wasn't stressed out by all the coming and going at both ends of the move, from when they arrived to pack and the next day to load, and at the next destination unpacking, they helped her feel at ease because it's stressful for the fur babies in a new home, super grateful to them for that. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service, everything came as they packed it 100%

The two guys who picked up my extremely big load for me were marvellous. Everything had to be taken up three steps and then wheeled along loose blue metal to get to ramp. It took them six hours to pick up plus two hour drive to my place and two hours back to Perth. They called four other marvellous Grace Bros men to help unload. This took six men two hours to unload and in the end they were unloading in the dark. They were all marvellous. Josh and his helper were especially great. Not even once did they look cross or stressed. Marvellous men.

Right from the start, the whole Grace team excelled. The removalist gentleman go far and beyond in every effort to to assist with the move. They make you feel confident all the way in knowing your furniture and move is in good hands.
