The service in terms of getting the quote and special treatment for my antiques was excellent. Those who did packing for uplift were also great. However, it appears that when dismantling the bed they did not remove some of the fittings resulting in damage and now the insurance process is very unwieldy. I used the Valet Service which was great - the ladies were lovely. Not all unpacking completed which was a little disappointing. The delivery team were not so pleasant and there was damage to an antique china cabinet - even though I paid $400 for a special box for it to be moved. There was "gouging" of the wood on two antique items - family items and the insurance company is now not responding to my claim - except to ask for receipts for the damaged items (including my queen size bed - which is 4 years old - who keeps receipts that long???). I cannot provide receipts for antiques that have been handed down through the family. The damage to the bed must have occurred at uplift - I was sleeping in it the night before pre-pack and uplift, but there is no acceptance of the damage and causing endless problems with insurance company who don't respond. My car was supposed to be delivered into Perth on 7 December - they rang on the 6th to advise it wasn't going to leave Darwin for another week - I had to pay for a hire car in Darwin when I could have been driving my own car. It was filthy when delivered to me - even though I had to have it detailed prior to uplift - Please note the car was moved by CEVA logistics so technically not the fault of Grace Bros. Nobody in Perth office of Grace Bros responds to emails or calls. I have used removalists for moves from Canberra-Tennant Creek; TC to Darwin; Darwin to Port Augusta; Port Augusta to Brisbane; Brisbane to Canberra; Geraldton to Broome; Broome to Geraldton; Geraldton to Perth; Perth to Geelong; Geelong to Wollongong; Wollongong to Melbourne; Melbourne to Darwin and Darwin to Perth. On every occasion there has been damage to antiques (and once they even dropped an antique chiffoniere which crashed into the wall and damaged both paint and plaster). On this move there was less damage, but it was to antique furniture items which I paid extra to ensure this would not occur. They did not use the bolts for washer or dryer for moving - even though they packed them in a laundry carton!!!! The Valet ladies were very nice, but clearly were not given enough hours - they were unable to unpack 80 cartons (I think the total was about 50-55).

Grace have been amazing from start to finish. We went the full service of packing and moving from Melbourne to Brisbane. Grace have made the whole experience stress-free keeping us updated every step of the way. All the ETA they gave were all spot-on, including the delivery of one of our cars. There were a couple of things that broke during the move, which I accept happens, but Grace were amazing with handling the claim. The process was painless and it was handled very efficiently. My move from Melbourne to Brisbane ( 1720055 ) was right in the middle of Covid lockdown 6, from the initial video meeting with Jody Byrt and the super competitive quote ( half the amount of the other mob that wears gloves) I knew there was no need to look further. Their full pack / unpack and interstate move was simply amazing, in every sense. They took the stress out of the move, especially as I got stuck in Melbourne living out of a suitcase for months. Meanwhile, Thereza Flores in Brisbane sorted the team and everything was unpacked and ready to go when I finally was able to travel back to Brisbane. Grace helped me relocate the contents of my one bedroom unit from Townsville to Adelaide. The entire process ran smoothly, despite the pandemic, and Grace were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Best service and care of our property. The GRACE crew have been looking after our property, including irreplaceable items/records. At the same time we also had property stored with other companies, and with them had broken TV's Computer screens, furniture. GRACE beats them all, hands down, with service, staff (Carlos, Richard), and security. Will use GRACE team again later this year. Also thanks to Gwen & Matt at the office.

We moved a five bedroom house, and stored our goods for a year while renovated. During the packing process, move and re delivery we had a single drinking glass that broke. The care taken by the packing and delivery team was excellent. We experienced one issue which is to be expected, but Grace reacted and solved it immediately. There may be cheaper alternatives, but I doubt you'll find a match for the quality. I highly recommend them

It was back in 1968 that I first used Grace (Grace Brothers back then). This move was from Brisbane to Cairns. They were so wonderful, providing excellent service and care for our worldly goods. Over the ensuing years, I have used Grace again and again. One such move was to Fraser Island. Everyone has a story & I'm no different however I don't know where I would have been regarding the storage of my precious things without the genuine understanding, care and personal service afforded me by Grace. Very professional removal team and very easy communication with the back office.

Pick up and delivery very good. Storage for nearly two years was doubtful some boxes smelt of damp.another contained a broken large dish,packed by us, but indicated some rough handling. A nest of antique tables was slightly dented and scratched, an antique cast iron pot stand was broken, an insurance claim has been made.
