Documents never leave our supervision as all transport is undertaken in our security fitted, 100 per cent company owned vehicles to a designated pick-up schedule. These are tracked from point of collection to delivery at our storage and processing facilities.
Each new staff member at Grace is properly screened with background and work reference checks, including a Police Criminal Security check. They also complete a Company Confidentiality Deed as part of their employment terms.
Secure destruction

We offer secure and discreet destruction of documents and other sensitive material to meet your specific business needs. A critical part of our integrated management solution is the safe disposal of confidential corporate information.
It starts with a locked bin or bag which is collected either on a regular basis or when a purge of documents is done. The bins are then transported to a secure facility where they will be shredded and destined for pulping. Grace Information Management have ASIO Category 4 accreditation for pulping and recycling.
