Staff Satisfaction

It is one of Grace Group of companies’ missions to continuously monitor, review and improve upon their procedures and operations in order to remain the leading service provider to their broad range of clients. This includes appraising internal processes and evaluating employee satisfaction.

In recent years, there has been an increasing emphasis placed on keeping Grace’s reputation as a model employer. Hence it has been very important for the business to continue investing in its highly skilled and customer focused staff.

Most recently, to encourage further interactivity between management and employees, and in order to give a louder voice to its workforce in operational improvements, Grace has enlisted the assistance of the independent third party, PeoplePulse to carry out a thorough and confidential Employee Engagement Survey.

The main focus of the survey has been to obtain employee opinions about the way the organisation rewards, recognises, supports and engages its people in the workplace. It is expected that the survey results will soon be compiled into a graphic profile shared with all employees, as well as senior management who in turn use the information in upcoming Strategic and Operational Planning sessions for the years ahead.

As with any service focused company, the employees are the true backbones of Grace Group and drive the continuous growth and achievements of the business. It is therefore in the organisations best long-term interest to engage positively with its staff and achieve the highest possible levels of welfare and satisfaction; something that Grace is dedicated to and continues to concentrate on.
