Secure Your Document Destruction
The Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the introduction of the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme makes it more important than ever for organisations and companies to secure their documents. Under the NDB scheme introduced in 2018, companies have a legal obligation to notify the Australian Information Commissioner and individuals whose personal information is involved in a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm.
The secure destruction of all your, or your clients, personal information is your responsibility. The information you create and hold and fail to securely dispose of can lead to legal issues, reputation damage and financial loss.
To avoid any negative impacts on you or your company, choose Grace to facilitate the secure and reliable destruction of your documents.
Tailored Destruction Services
At Grace, we understand that information is sensitive. That’s why we provide a number of destruction services, tailored to your needs.
We provide secure and lockable 240 and 120 litre bins for you to dispose of anything that needs to be destroyed. There’s no need to remove staples, paperclips or small bulldog clips. Choose from short term or permanent document destruction bins with the option for scheduled or on-request collection frequencies. We can collect boxes of documents from your office or warehouse and destroy the entire box and its content.
To make it easy and secure for you, we use a specially designed nation-wide fleet of lockable trucks to transport your data. Your documents are taken directly to a government accredited destruction facility where they are destroyed under CCTV in accordance with Australian Government requirements and standards. Not only is this convenient and secure, it also eliminates lost productivity created by staff having to shred their own documents.
We’ll take all Types of Documents
