International delegates were given a three-hour tour of the Grace Records and Information Management facility in Brisbane this morning as part of the PRISM International Asia Pacific Region Conference.
PRISM International (Professional Records and Information Services Management), whose headquarters are in the United States, is the peak body for information management companies around the world.
The tour of the Grace facility was the first official event of the conference, highlighting Grace’s standing as one of the leading records management companies in the southern hemisphere. PRISM International has lauded Grace’s environmental innovations in the state-of-the-art Brisbane building and offered it as an opportunity for delegates to “see how Grace meets the current and future demands of its customers and businesses”.
Michael Hyland, Director of Grace Records and Information Management, is thrilled to show-off the Brisbane facility. Michael has over 26 years of experience in the commercial records management industry and is one of only three international representatives, and the only Australian, on PRISM’s Board of Directors.
Michael has been an active member of PRISM International for 11 years and has presented at several PRISM Conference educational sessions in the past few years both on a local and international basis. He was awarded the PRISM Volunteer plaque in 2008.
Michael is also a corporate member and sponsor of the Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia (RIMPA).
The remainder of the PRISM International Asia Pacific Region Conference, which concludes on Thursday, will feature sessions on sales, risk mitigation, new technology and trends.
