Grace COVID-19 Update for
NSW, VIC, ACT and NT
11/10/2021
NSW, VIC, ACT and NT
The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all Australian states and territories, however the current NSW, VIC and ACT government restrictions place additional demands upon the community in the states of NSW, VIC, and ACT.
Grace wishes to assure its clients and partners that the business is continuing to closely monitor the situation in all Australian jurisdictions and be guided by the advice provided from the relevant state governments.
With regard to our operations within the impacted regions at the time of this notice, Grace Information Management services fall under the essential services classification and will therefore continue to operate albeit under Covid Safe protocols.
All Grace crews will have the appropriate PPE and are well versed in and abide by the Grace Group Covid Safety Plan which includes wearing masks at your business, social distancing and the regular use of instant antibacterial hand sanitiser.
Whilst Grace via its Covid safe plan and actions will do all that we can to keep our valued clients safe, we ask our customers to also acknowledge their role in keeping everyone safe. As we do on a daily basis with our own staff and crews, we ask that you and all those present at your place of business confirm that they have not come into contact with potential Covid hotspots or people who may have been infected, have no Covid symptoms, are not in isolation or awaiting the results of a Covid test. You will also be required to wear a mask in line with the Dept of Health orders.
It is our expectation that these service restrictions will remain in place in NSW until 28/08/21, however in the event of any changes Grace will endeavour to contact and advise any impacted customers.
Together we can continue to service your critical information and data management requirements.
Grace has applied enhanced COVID Safe operating procedures for all services undertaken within NSW effective immediately. These include:
Compulsory physical distancing measures to be in place at all times, with services to be contact-free wherever possible.
Compulsory personal protection requirements for all Grace staff to include:
- The wearing of mandatory face masks at all times
- Gloves and other personal protection equipment
- Frequent use of hand sanitizer
Increased frequency of cleaning for all Grace assets with a special focus on high touch communal items such as handles, doorknobs, handrails, and work surfaces.
Sharing of working equipment is no longer permitted until further notice.
Limitation upon the number of Grace staff per vehicle is limited to two persons per cabin with maximum physical distancing adhered to.
Grace staff experiencing any flu-like symptoms required to stay home and produce a medical clearance prior to returning to work. Grace teams are encouraged to express concern to management if any flu-like symptoms are displayed by Grace colleagues at work.
