Grace Information Management Blog

Thirty-three Sales Representatives and Regional Business Managers from Grace Records Management (GRM) and Grace Information Management (GIM) locations around the country gathered at Sydney Olympic Park for their National Sales Conference last month.

The three-day event (Monday 24 to Wednesday 26 February) provided the opportunity to discuss some important strategies and processes for the division moving forward, with sessions covering: 2014 Sales Vision and Strategy; CRM, Transition Planning, Records Management Industry and RS-Web; and Sales Process Steps.

A highlight of the Conference was the team building session; a ‘MasterChef Challenge’ in the commercial kitchens of ANZ stadium (the team members were told they were going to dinner — they just didn’t know they were the ones that were going to cook it as well…).

Each team was allocated an ‘Executive Chef’ — whom they were encouraged to ‘bribe’ for points using play money — to assist with their creations. Congratulations to the Northern Region Sales Team for taking-away first prize after wowing everyone with their dessert.
