These were the main themes discussed at the annual Grace Information Management (GIM) and Grace Records Management (GRM) combined National Sales conference last month.
The half-week Conference (24 to 26 February) provided the backdrop for some important discussions about the future of GRM and GIM, and the various ways the two business divisions can work together to provide an even better service to Grace customers.
During the event, 33 Regional Business Managers and Sales Representatives converged at Sydney Olympic Park, where they discussed important solutions to today’s information management needs.
Top of the agenda was to ensure we continue to ask our customers the right questions through consultation and analysis of their needs, and ensuring we continue to provide the best and most up-to-date options and solutions for preparation, scanning, indexing and finishing.
Also built in to the agenda was a fun evening of ‘fusing business with pleasure’, during which delegates cooked-up a Masterchef-inspired meal in the commercial kitchens of ANZ Stadium. A big ‘congratulations’ goes to the Northern Region Sales Team for their top dessert, for which they took home first prize.
