Quality Management
Quality service depends on quality management. That’s why we meet all the standards set forth by ISO 9001:2008. This document lays out the best practices for business management and our entire workforce is trained to meet these benchmarks. As a result, the Grace team works effectively in a positive environment.

Grace knows the importance of being green, which is why we adhere to the national and international codes set out in the AS/NZS ISO 14001:2001. Every job we do complies with the regulations set forth in these standards.
As part of these regulations, our professionals plan and company goals apply these environmental objectives to each relocation project; checking progression at each phase of the job, and responding to gathered data.
By complying with these international and national laws, your relocation has been assessed to reduce any environmental impact.

Occupational Health And Safety Management
At Grace , the safety of our employees is always a top priority for us, and we’re committed to following all OH&S laws and regulations.
To better ensure the safety of our employees, Grace complies with the AS/NZS 4801:2001 standards. This document states that businesses must create and follow measurable objectives in order to eliminate work-related injuries.

FAIM is the most stringent quality programme for the international moving industry, recognised for more than 15 years as the supreme seal of quality by globally mobile customers. This programme is based on ‘The FAIM Standard’, over 200 defined quality requirements covering a company’s operations and services to customers and an associated ‘FAIM Certification Programme’ designed to ensure each FIDI-FAIM certified company maintains this expected high level of quality at all times. Whilst 90% of FIDI members hold the FAIM certification, Grace is amongst a selected group of elite international removalists that have been awarded FAIMPlus accreditation. This globally recognised seal of quality requires a company’s operations and customer service meet over 200 stringent factors in order to become accredited. There are only 600 companies worldwide that have achieved accreditation of this standard.
