FAIM is the most stringent quality programme for the international moving industry, recognised for more than 15 years as the supreme seal of quality by globally mobile customers.
This programme is based on ‘The FAIM Standard’, over 200 defined quality requirements covering a company’s operations and services to customers and an associated ‘FAIM Certification Programme’ designed to ensure each FIDI-FAIM certified company maintains this expected high level of quality at all times.
Whilst 90% of FIDI members hold the FAIM certification, Grace is amongst a selected group of elite removalists that have been awarded FAIMPlus accreditation.
At Grace our commitment to safety is first class and we are proud to be accredited with the National Heavy Vehicles Regulator’s Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) certification.
This accreditation allows for greater flexibility of work and rest hours, in addition to better management regarding the risks of driver fatigue.
